Gingrich the Policy Entrepreneur

Newt Gingrich has a solution to rising gas prices that he calls "two-five-zero"--referring to a price of $2.50 per gallon.   Rules that restrict domestic energy production, he says, should be repealed so that the United States isn't dependent on the world market for oil, and can bring prices down to a reasonable rate.

Herman Cain, the creator of the "9-9-9" plan, gives 2-5-0 a thumbs up.
